How to apply Eye Cream ♥

Yes, Yes, c: We all know it:
the Skin around our eyes is the most delicate gets all dry and wrinkly if we don't take care of it. You can never start too soon with eye cream, prevention is better than healing.

Eye Cream is an important step in any skin care routine. It can reduce puffiness, reduce dark circles, moisturizes and gives you a more awake and youthful look.

But did you know that if you apply eye cream incorrectly you damage it more than doing it good?

Here are a few DO's and DON'Ts :D

DO apply small dots around the eye, above the eye up to the eyebrow and under around your cheekbone.

DON'T apply too much, else the skin can't fully absorb, You're basically wasting product.

Remember: a pea-size is totally enough! :)

DON'T apply too close to your eye A moisturizer travels about an inch. Applied too close to the eye it will cause irritation and puffiness. And we don't want that right? :D

DO use a cotton swap or your ring finger to apply the cream on your skin. Your ring finger is the weakest and will exert the least amount of force on your sensitive skin.
DON'T pull at your skin, be gentle! Pulling might cause long-term damage.

DO tap and massage, pat until the cream or serum is fully absorb, try concentrate on problem areas like dry lines, wrinkles, etc.

And DO let it sink in before you apply any eye makeup or concealer. That way it wont cake up from any rest cream.

Heres the Cream i use:

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Cream

Stay hydrated! This will def. help with dark circles too c:
I hope some of these tips helped ☻♥
