Your Body without enough Water

I know you probably heard it about a thousand times:

But drinking water is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important! 

Water is your body's principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight! Every system in your body depends on water. 
For example -> water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells, and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Drinking enough water makes a huge difference for your inner and outer Beauty! 



How do i know if i drink enough?

Well, the asiest way to determine if u drink enough or not it to check your pee.


It should be a transparent yellow. If its too dark you don't drink enough.


Try it for a few days, you will def. see a difference ! ♪
